Description
Kate Reed Nature Recreation Area is set in the southern outskirts of Launceston in Tasmania and offers approximately 15km of mainly single-track mountain bike trails perfect for the new rider.
All trails are now signposted.
Trails range from beginners through to intermediate.
Kate Reed Reserve is about 5 minute drive south from the Launceston CBD or a 20 minute ride up a gentle road known as Westbury Rd. It is also home to Silverdome and is Tassie's main Cycling Velodrome.
