"Regular use of this makes an amazing amount of difference to your mountain biking. I've been using one for a couple of months now and have noticed a huge reduction in arm pump and fatigue, making a massive difference for long DH tracks. By using varied arm positions you can work all the muscles in your arms as well as shoulders, chest and fingers."

"I'm not interested in improving grip and muscle performance. But I did get wrist pain after day long rides. After playing with this I've never had pain of that sort again. Worth a shot if you suffer from wrist pain."
