stem, forks and cranks all need changing.

Aye this is true. It actually came with rigid forks. The whole idea was to spend as least as possible on it and use it for jump practice. Now I'm thinking single speed and proper forks. I dunno. It all costs money. Maybe just change the stem and get a new seat to replace the torn one and leave it at that
