Kill the Bill 2

Kill the Bill 2 will be taking place on 2nd & 3rd July 2011 on the World Cup Track at Nevis Range, just outside Fort William.
Event Details:
The course being used will be the tried and tested World Cup track and this is your chance to come and race at the world famous venue where the likes of Steve Peat, Greg Minnaar, Sam Hill, Gee Atherton, Chris Kovarik and Cedric Gracia have won there…. Both Tracey Moseley and Sabrina Jonnier pretty well have the past decade sewn up between them for the girls.
The Race format:
The race format is standard and will consist of Saturday Practice followed by Sunday morning practice and 2 x Race Runs on Sunday afternoon.
The Cost:
The cost is just £62.00. At Borderline Events we do everything possible to keep the costs down. It's a little higher than some events but that comes down to the best uplift anywhere…. Dry, quick and no scratching of bikes….. Add to this the need for an extra 10 Marshalls and I’m sure you can see where your extra £7 quickly goes.
The Track:
Fort William really is one of a kind and is deservedly touted as the roughest World Cup course in the calendar. It's brutal, long, and as a result is a real test of a rider's skill, fitness and strength. Each year there are little tweaks to keep it feeling fresh and this year is no exception with the re-routing of the woods and a massive 'race only' step down. Combined with last years cutting away to expose the bedrock this has totally transformed a track. Think you're up for the challenge of riding this monster? Kill the Bill will take place on the 02nd & 03rd July and provides you with an opportunity to do just that by racing for the first time on the new for 2011 sections.
Sponsorship & Prizes provided by:
Many of us dismiss or may not realize the importance of sponsors. Sponsors at an event like this are crucial and without them the events themselves would not be what they are. With number boards provided by PF Performance, Prizes courtesy of Maxxis, 661 and Sunline and Course tape provided by Madison / Shimano it pleases me to thank these in advance for their support.
