Team CRC/Nukeproof Mechanic Carl Lottering-Geeson takes us through the process of replacing Formula R0 disc brake pads.

With a mix of long fast sections quickly throwing the riders into tight techy features, this weekend's Mont Sainte Anne track is going to push the brakes (and the riders) to their limits. Heat dissipation is the order of the day on this long draggy course.
