The Juice Lubes Jam is a full weekend of riding action that will see mountain bike riding fans battle it out in a points based competition to find out who will be crowned the Juice Lubes Jam Master.
It's not cross country, it's not enduro it's just good old proper mountain biking, you can ride any type of mountain bike you like but you must ride the same bike for all the challenges.
Entry is £50 which includes camping, an event T-shirt plus other goodies from our sponsors.
Here's a run down on the schedule
Friday 1600 - Venue open for camping with food available
Saturday 1200 - Jam Session 1 - Prologue TT stage
Saturday 1500 - Jam Session 2 - Gravity Enduro stage
Saturday 1600 - Jam Session 3 - Trials competition in and around the marquee
Saturday 1800 - Entertainments begin, beer, band, mega raffle,
Sunday 1000 - Juice Lubes Jam Mega Loop opens.
Sunday 1300 - Riders begin to return from loop.
Sunday 1500 - Event wind down and riders head home
Sunday will involve a whole day of riding taking in the trails of Newnham Park and South West Dartmoor, it's one big loop but with four special test sections included, these will include technical riding challenges and timed sections. Overall time for the day will also be part of the challenge but being the fastest won't get you more points, precision will be the key.
The challenge will be based around scores from each Jam Session on a points basis, the rider with the best score wins.
It's a fun weekend of mountain biking in one of the most amazing riding areas in the UK. There'll be plenty of space for camping, good food, good coffee, good music, good beer as well as trade stands and demo happening.
Timing is chip timing and results will be available after the event. Prizes will be available for some of the challenges but most of the prize booty will go out in the Saturday mega raffle which all riders are entered into.
