The Bionicon Gravity Enduro will take on some of the best stages that Mid Wales has to offer on the edge of Llanwrtyd Wells. Round Two - 26/27th July.
Our gravity series is held over 3 weekends, all based in Llanwrtyd Wells. Expect long, challenging and timed downhills, rock gardens, steep drops, tight singletracks and man-made sections. The courses are designed to be ridden by mid and long travel trail bikes.
The timed sections will be worked on leading up to each weekend, our trail pixies will be out hard at work clearing the trails so they are the best they can be for the race.
Saturday morning will be practice on the first two sections (just on the edge of town), Saturday afternoon, the stages will be used for the first timed sections.
Sunday we will have a 50K route including another 4 timed downhills. This is a gravity enduro so the linking stages will need to be pedalled, but we have made them as easy as possible and given you plenty of time to get to the next stage. We will throw in the odd downhill in between the stages as well to add some fun.
We will have prizes from our sponsors for the top positions in each category and also some spot prizes.
We have arranged for some excellent time keepers to run the timing and results for us. You can rest assured that the timings will be spot on.
Our professional medical teams will be out on course looking after any medical issues.
