Join the Glentress Trailfairies for a volunteer trailbuilding session at Glentress, helping to maintain and improve the popular Tourist Trap trail.
This hands-on volunteer session is a chance to give something back to the trails, meet other members of the local mountain bike community and help the Trailfairies keep Glentress riding well.
The work will focus on Tourist Trap, a short section of singletrack within the Glentress trail network featuring a mix of flowing trail, a small jump, rollable drop and bridge.
Whether you're a regular Glentress rider or simply keen to get involved with trail maintenance, the session offers an opportunity to learn more about the work that goes into looking after one of Scotland's best-known mountain biking destinations.
No previous trailbuilding experience is necessary. Volunteers should register for the session in advance and check the organiser's information for details of meeting points, timings, what to bring and any requirements for taking part.
