Dirt Divas: Getting to Grips in Aberfoyle

The perfect coaching session for total beginners. If you're curious about what mountain biking is all about, looking to try it for the first time, or want to take it right back to basics. We'll look at the perfect body position, tackling corners, and how to brake effectively. Bike hire available from Aberfoyle Bike Co. Book in advance from the shop.

Led by two experienced coaches, there will be lots of opportunities for one-to-one support, video analysis, and demonstrations, in a safe, friendly, and encouraging environment.

Helmet essential. Please bring water and a snack. Meeting information will be sent by email 5 days before the event.
