Nukeproof Demo Day - Stage 1 Cycles

Stage 1 Cycles are giving you the opportunity to demo a range of amazing Nukeproof Bikes on the fabulous trails in Wensleydale!

What's going on?

There will be a full range of bikes available from Nukeproof for you to try including Megawatt's, Giga's, Mega's, Reactor's, and Digger's.

We will be running four rides on the day with specific loops for eBikes, 'normal' bikes, and gravel bikes. The rides are not guided, but there will be a member of the team present for technical support.

For the 'normal' bikes we will be providing an uplift service on each demo ride to allow you to get the most out of the bike (there will still be a small amount of climbing on the demo loop).

There will be a third demo loop for those wanting to demo a Digger, this will be slightly tamer than the other loops but will still have some classic Yorkshire gravel descending.

Ride Times:

• 10:00
• 11:30
• 14:00
• 15:30

Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes before your demo ride to allow time to get set up on your chosen bike.
What does it cost?

We will be charging £5 for each ride and all the money raised will be going into our Youth Cycling Community Group (Wensleydale Bike Club).

Included in the cost will be coffee and sandwiches available to all demo riders from 12:30 - 13:30

What do I need to bring?

• Suitable helmet and protection
• Pedals
• Two forms of I.D. (eg. Drivers licence and Bank Card)
• Under the age of 18? Your parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver at the time of demo (riders must be over 14 to ride an e-bike)

The Route

Both demo routes will be signposted and a member of staff will be on the ride as well.  Please note this is not a guided ride and each rider is responsible for their own safety.
