Steel Valley Ride

The Steel Valley Ride is back! Take to the scenic Peak District trails around Stocksbridge and beyond on the 23rd July 2022 for this charity cycle challenge. The MTB Route takes riders 31 miles through the dramatic landscape of the Dark Peak including the challenge of tackling the technical terrain across Cut Gate and Derwent Edge and some of the less travelled bridleways around Strines. Funds raised from the event will go towards the Steel Valley Project, a countryside management charity, working to improve the environment for people and wildlife in the Upper Don area.
