Crank It Racing 2020 - Round 1

Lee Quarry takes us into our first round of the 2020 Crank It Series! This now disused quarry has a history of hosting great races from the days of Brownbacks Racing Ltd. to more recently with the Midweek Mountain Bike Madness and now with Crank It Racing! Lee Quarry can best be described as a massive oversize playground for mountain bikes. This round is also a part of the servicesn (fire, police, ambulance) championship.

A challenging and enjoyable course faces the riders, who take to the start line of this round with a route in both exciting pump tracks, the exhilarating last red decent and the fast section leading towards the car park! This venue will be great for spectators, as the riders will pop in and out of the start/finish arena multiple times in a lap, all making for a great race. This round will also double up as part of the Forces National Championships.

As with all our rounds, riders of all ability’s will be challenged with the use of different line choices, making our races as inclusive as possible.
