Ride Retro MTB 2018

Ride Retro’s Bikes, Beers and Barbeque is exactly as you’d imagine.  A day riding iconic mountain bikes at the best trail centre in Scotland, finished off with a barbeque at the award-winning campsite, Comrie Croft.

If you're of a certain vintage this is your chance to ride those iconic early Mountain Bikes you lusted after all those years ago, or if you're a little newer to the sport you can ride some of the greatest MTB's of all time and compare them to your modern ride. Cantilever brakes, rigid forks, stems as long as your forearm, ground-breaking early suspension bikes and lairy paintjobs, we'll have the lot!

Can you really have as much fun on a Retro as you can on a modern Mountain Bike? And more to the point, how did the likes of Jason McRoy, Jon Tomac, Missy Giove and Julian Furtado go soooo fast on those early bikes?!

Join us to find out!

To ride any of our Retro MTB's costs just £5 for the day, or you can bring your own retro (or modern) bike and join in for free. We'll even bring out the BBQ one last time, so don't forget to bring some sausages with you!
