We first visited Dalby in the first year of the Nutcracker series in 2010.
In fact, the Nutcracker was the first competitive event on the newly completed world cup circuit. Since then we’ve held races in various locations within the forest, but returned last year to the world cup circuit for the season opener. We return once again to the world cup circuit in 2015 for what promises to be another action packed event.
Jumps, drops, berms, table tops, rock gardens, roots, lung-busting climbs; this course has it all! The circuit is 100% man made, so is almost weatherproof all the way around. If it’s wet, be sure to stock up on RWD brake pads before the event. It’s been known to wear your pads out within 1 lap on a bad day at Dalby! Fast rolling tyres are preferable here – there will be very little mud on the course. Most importantly of all, bring your racing legs and lungs – you’re gonna need them!
