Tahnée's Got Talent

With the introduction of POC Armour into wheeled sports, they have brought with them a very good way of helping youngsters in their respective disciplines.
POC's 'Local Talent' is a sponsorship system that provides promising young riders with product through their local retailer - promoting not only the product but also the 'local bike store'.
Being an English native in Morzine, France - the mountain bike mecca... she is now fluent in French and for the past few years has been riding with some very fast locals and World Cup racers. Francois Baud (at the bottom of the Pleney) has seen this talent and did not hesitate to help with this promising young rider.
Tahnée said of her new protective wear "Its nice to finally get something that fits properly and actually feels comfortable. The VPD knee pads are amazing, I did not notice them at all when I was pedaling".
It's a tough year for Tahnée... In January she broke her 'neck of femur' whilst backflipping on her skis and now has metal plates and screws in her left leg till Jan 2010. She is back on her bike early and must have x-rays every 2 months to ensure that her riding future will be safe - so the addition of POC Armour was very timely!
If you are in Morzine then please check out the POC Protective Armour range at Francois Baud - and for any other biking needs - tell them Tahnée sent you ;-)!
