Saracen BDS Round 1 - Combe Sydenham Podiums

It was certainly a wet and wild weekend at the 1st round of the Saracen BDS down in the South West at Combe Sydenham... Its taken me until this morning to finally dry out!

We will have a video and pit chat online for you asap. but until then we shall wet your appetite with a screengrab of podiums and some results!

In Elite Men... Gee Atherton took the win from CRC/Nukeproofs Matt Simmonds in 2nd place and Marc Beaumont in 3rd. Joe Smith went home with 4th and the "thunder from down under" Sam Hill rounded out the top 5 in incredibly muddy conditions.

In Elite Women... Rachel Atherton took the win from Madison Saracen's Manon Carpenter with Tahnee Seagrave of FMD racing in 3rd. Unior Tools Jess Stone took home 4th and final spot on the Elite womens podium.
