Rob Jarman Signs for Marin

Rob Jarman - downhiller, free-rider and Berghaus Extreme Sports Athlete - has just signed a deal with Marin to be a bike ambassador and brand test rider. Rob is also a noted TV stuntman – who has appeared alongside David Jason in Diamond Geezer - and regularly falls off barns and runs into burning buildings in hit ITV soap Emmerdale. Now the hellcat cyclist is to ride and test all the new Marins - and other bikes in the ATB Sales Ltd stable - as part of a 12 month contract to help promote the business. As a kid, Rob dreamed of being able to afford a top of the range Marin when he first began to ride. Now his dream has come true! Rob said: "I'm really excited and looking forward to working with ATB Sales ltd. For me, it's the best deal ever with such a great choice of bikes for every different style of riding." "I remember dreaming of riding a Marin when I first got into biking and now I feel a great sense of achievement that such a cool brand has picked me up. I've been doing some testing and the new bikes are awesome, I can't wait to get out there and do some serious riding." Rob will be representing the brands at high profile events such as the Mega Avalanche and the 24hr endurance events. He added: "I have lots of great features in the pipeline such as Helibiking in Norway, a 24hr downhill event, some full on riding in the Alps this summer and I will also be returning to Lillehammer to ride the Olympic bobsleigh again, this time on a road bike!"
