I've changed to continental mountain king 2.4 just cheap really. Wider spaced tread, bigger volume and some extra side wall protection. Kept damaging the sides of the Ignitors and they really fill up with mud. Maybe you've got the right idea there with the minions as they might be less likely to pinch flat.
Ha! Got to prioritise all this stuff. I think I can do more by spreading the word through moredirt than I can using a spade for a few of hours. Those minions like all-rounder DH tyres?
doing like a race report. Walk the course and describe it in words, get some photos, results, talk to the organisers, promote the site, hand out some stickers and flyers. Come home and write a report.
Na mate. Up at Kielder for the NDH event. Probably both days. I'm gonna take my bike along incase there's not much happening. Just been watching your latest videos. Looking good.
No heated seats in that Fiesta then?! I'm off work but that's a story for another time. Where's that trail? I see you've got some sweet Glentress photo up.
I had thought about and looked at building a transition transAM, which I think has a steel frame, the cheapest build was gonna be £1300 and that was 25lbs. Then I seen the fsr xc for £1000+ at 28lbs, and since i'd always fancies a pitch (looks the same to me), my mind switched back to a full sus
I was slightly more inclined to go for the fsr xc, because i've already got a bike for rough stuff, and i'm needing a bike for a xc club, and the reviews i've seen and got from people on the fsr xc it seems to be what i'm after. One thing i'm confused on, is the pro above the expert spec wise?
Ha! Who'd have thought it could have such hidden benifits! Well, I've sourced the bearings and if I do it myself I'll need a few things like a tourque rench. The main thing is a type of bearing press which will press the bearings 2mm in to their housing. I can see the bearings can be pressed out with a home made tool but you really need a few bits and bobs to knock one up. I know a good guy so I'm gunna ask if he can help. There is a specialist equilink tool but no clear way to get hold of one. Not quickly. be a two week wait at the shop I should think and I'm not totally sure they know what they're doing anyway.
So is this stuff really worth doing, or do you get the same from doing what we do now a couple of times? overgrown stuff sounds a little piss poor to me like.
I'd have to see it like.
So is it pretty much the same bush wacking as you get on that run up t the steep hil up through all the roots before the down rooty section to 2nd part of the power line then?

Hi oodboo, AC refered me to yourself, For £1000 what is better, a 2009 spesh pitch pro (new) or a 2009 spesh fsr xc expert (new)?
