they can deff use old spokes, think it depends on whether the holes match up tho, it might of been 20 quid to get it laced cause i got a few diff things done at the same time like headset and so on and its a while ago and i`ve had a few vodka`s tonight lol

yeah think its a 8mm hex key to remove it, been along time since i`ve had to do it, it was the axles i bent on v12`s, every time i go to fortwilliam i use to do a pedal, done 3 pairs of them and a set of kona primo jack shit, i`m really hard on bikes and components lol

yeah the slim jims are as good as any other on the market, plenty of colour options lol your just gona have a green bike, liking the new rims, with the 5050s if you take the cap off the end and look in you`ll see a small hole on the end of the axle, if you have a grease prep gun you force the grease into it till it comes out where it treads into the crank but dont over do it or they stiffen to tight

i got mine when they first came out over 2 yrs ago and there still going strong and look the nuts but they dont come pre greased so you have to do that and they`ll tighten up and stop that rattle

take it you dont like 5050s lol i hated them to but with the long pins and five10 shoes i really like them now, and belive me i came so close to chucking them, but cant fault them now

2 be honest i would go with some 1 who noes the way to find it. and it is worth the journey from Cardiff its a very good and fun day out.ummmmmm about the good spots in and around Cardiff i would say gold tec thats a very good place 2 go cos there's all different level stuff there.
