To remove the shock is a pain in the arse to say the least.. But i have figured out that if you release the rear arm linkage bolt from the down tube, you can move the rear arms up enough just to give you clearence to remove the shock without messing with anything else(if that makes scence) The 40's are amazingly good.. alot more front end control on the rough trails by me.. best investment so far..
By the way.. i check out the "A" on the graffix and its silver also.
Hey.. Thanks!.. Im loving it i have to say.. The forks are a huge improvemnt to my 66's.. I really want to get my Vivid PUSHed.. check this out for our 4.1 http://www.vitalmtb.com/photos/features/PUSH-RockShox-Vivid-Team-Issue-Kit,1521/Slideshow,10435/sspomer,2
I know its a fair bit of dollar but from how my roco performed after i had that pushed this would be even better!
Anyway.. Your right, i havent seen anyone with our frame.. very strange but a great thing been unique! Loving your Ns Core btw!
You sound like my oldest son, he would'nt come to cannock with us yesterday because he did'nt want to get his white Surge muddy! He claimed he was tired! lol... Joking aside, i am sure that is will ride nicely when you do get out on it. CRC should pay up, also I imagine that they will kick the mechanics butt who gave the bike the once over before it was sent to you...
I would be annoyed too mate! I have to say, i am quite impressed that they will pay for any work, most of these suppliers would insist on having it back. This would annoy me even more.
Which model did you buy in the end?
This is what the CRC website says... "Bikes and custom build wheels are not guaranteed for same day dispatch as we will take time to build and inspect your product before releasing it for dispatch."
It may be worth giving them a call to to see when it will be shipped. I know that they send bikes on Parcel Force 48hr.
I certainly wil if I see you. Likewise, you won't miss my bright red transition it does seem to stand out. i hope that the weather is better than they are forecasting for that area on Saturday!
So he turned out to be dodgy in the end, its a real shame there's buyers like that about. Hope you left him some bad feed back ? The break was a none riding one, took my new bird away for a few days.
Thats not good!Have you filed a complaint with eBay as well?
As you say, its a used bike and does not have a warranty! Send him a message letting him know that you have informed the police of his aggressive behaviour, that may put a stop to things.

I don't use the uplift, but I believe you can get upto 20 lifts in, which I would say is pretty good value for money.

Have you given your bike a thrashing yet?
