alright nmate, it depends where your coming from as to how to get to storthes hall. If you find the univerity of huddersfield website and look for the address of their halls of residence at storthes hall, that will bring you right to the start of the woods, but not near the trail. you can park up just outside the halls no worries. from there, with the university halls on you right - you need to head up into the woods following a small path/single track. keep going, you will pass a footie training pitch on your right and an open field on your left before heading into some more woods, stay following the path. after about 5 minutes you will come to a cross roads, with the path going onwards, and another path turning to your right with the wall of a field at one side. to your left will be the woods. this is where you want to be. follw it in for maybe 100 yards and you will be able to see the start of the trail. best leaving it for a dry day tho mate cos it gets chewed up pretty easy.
