Bucks Bikes in Aylesbury had a spare tensioner, one of those spring loaded that fits where your deraillier should be - charged me £15 for it and even fitted it for me FOC.

he chain tensioner is a Gusset QR so there's not enough axle for the nuts, don't know whether to buy a new tensioner, take some spacers out of the SS kit or throw the whole caboodle out of the window as it's getting on my tits! New forks as well fitted today but not managed to get out - but yes bike looks sweet and feels lighter when you pick it up

I stick to the right hand XC, and the Red Run as I find it's too rooty especially in winter and rattles your tits LOL also stick to those tracks due to age (Im 40) and inexperience

yeah, I didn't want a full on DJ bike like an NS cos I like to do occasional XC/FR at places like Aston Hill as well as just going out for a good old fashioned bike road on the road. The Flow is happy doing all of these

Hi there you asked me the question How do I find the Flow frame. Is that as in where did I buy it or how does it perform? I bought the frame £65 from a bloke on PinkBike and resprayed at a cost of £90. As for performance, it's quite a long top tube so takes a bit of getting used to, the short rear triangle means you can flick the thing around. I even do street tricks 180s on it, no probs.
