Hi You left a comment on ma page bout ure rear dropouts on ure marin creaking. Funnily enough i have had exactly the same problem. I tightened them up as far as i could physically do em and they still creak.

Getting back to you on the drop out question. Personally I have had no problem with them. I have a maxle on the rear and it works fine. I do check them every ride, so they should be alright. How lose are yours?? And how long have you had the bike??

hello, i dont know if this will be usefull information to you as your marin is from a different range to mine, but ill tell you anyway. keep an eye out for loose linkage bolts on the quad link pivots. mine were all really loose from new and worked themselves even looser pretty quickly. the bolts are covered by black caps, remove those to tighten them. to quickly check the bolts grab your frame in one hand and the swingarm in the other and move them from side to side in opposite directions. if you feel any lateral movement, your linkage bolts most probably are loose and need to be tightened. happy riding!
