dont know to be honest, suggest going on short family rides, possibly try an exercise bike, we have one for when we cant get out to keep in shape, its a bit boring but it works, my wife started on the exercise bike but got fed up of looking at the walls so we got a bike for her and she has ridden it ever since. hope this helps
