Sorry I didn't get back to you did I. I'll have to get into the loft to have a look at the parts. It's got the external bb cups and the hollow middle. I recommend Shimano bb's. I can't guarantee the cranks are 170mm but if they're 175mm it really won't make much difference. You'll be much better off checking with your local bike shop about what will be involved in removing what you have and fitting something else. If you wana do it on the cheap just keep the current bb and get cheap or used cranks to fit. With mine you'd need a new bb and you'll probably have to pay for some kind of fitting.

£15 plus postage mate. I'll have to check the fitting though. It's not square as I remember. Is that what you need?

I've got a spare set of cranks if you're interested. Well used. The bb developed very slight play so I used it as an excuse and replaced the lot. They're truvativ fire X. Was keeping it all as spares but....

Well I agreed £50 + £6 postage with one of the youngsters on here but he hasn't really followed it up so I'll let you have the same deal. Front is hardly used as was a replacement for damaged one. They work fine. No problems, squeeking or damage. Plenty on the pads. 185mm front and 160mm rear.

alrightfella, you still after some bars? was just gunna say i would recommend the funn 'fatboy B' bars. came on my goose and i really liked em, they are a 31.8 size but if your upgrading your stem as well that shouldnt be too much of an issue. They're less than £30 too which is excellent for the quality. i would probably go with the 50ml rise on your full squidger as it'll put your weith further back over the bike. I upgraded mine to the 'fatboys' for the weight difference and of course th fact they were white. I run the 30ml rise on mine but i got that size by accident haha!

ah thats cool bro, what size? i run 2.5's on mine, they're masive like but llok so good, and the grip is awesome, it sust goes on and on but you really wnat to push it they will go, and its great fun. yeah the lyriks are on crc at the mo for £350, which is a mega bargain if u ask me, just gotta hope they hold onto stock until my xmas bonus comes in! luckily i've gota 1.5 head tube so prices are invariable a bit cheaper but here's hoping anyways! all i need then is a rear shock, cranks, brakes, rims....
