I'd be tempted to get it back to the shop to get them to have a look at it. It's fairly new so still in warranty?

Not sure then. When I've had noisy brakes I just live with it until it goes away, that's worked for me fairly quickly so I've just put it down to a bit pad contamination that has worn off. I've never had one be a problem for long.

Not had that problem myself but with all the kids she's churning out she hasn't had much time to ride it. Have you tried re-aligning the calliper?

I like to put my all into anything I do, including face plants, that was before we ended up by you too. Just some sore elbows though. My FSR is a bit poorly at the minute, I was servicing the headset yesterday and the fangled nut snapped off so I need to get that replaced this week otherwise the handle bars will fall off, quick job for LBS though, so oodboo's missus kindly lent me one. Crashing it wasn't the plan though. I'm always up for some XC like, just give me a yell, should be down Kielder and Hammers more and more towards the spring and summer, plus up towards the 7Stanes hopefully.

That's what I like to hear. The gang is usually well prepared when it comes to tools and me with my first aid kit! Today was awesom, first ride of the new year, although, I did eat dirt and get some cuts and grazes. There's a video on my profile if you want a laugh. Give us a shout if your up for some XC next time your down Hammers.

Alright Doug, Am I right in thinking it was you me and oodboo stopped to help with your gears this afternoon at the end of the new section 13 at Hammers? I just saw your forum post saying you were down there today.

you're gonna have to post some pickd from new zealand cause from what I've seen from the place it seems like it would have some awesome riding spots.

Florida is hot and kind of tropical weather with hurricanes and such not much in the way of downhill stuff maybe some xc through the swamps. Alabama has mountain ranges so but lots of poisonous snakes hide around the logs. If you move to Florida you can make it to Alabama in a drive depending on what part of Florida and what part of Alabama if you make it to Huntsville Al. Check out the NASA rockets.

I haven't been down that way for about 15 yrs. the have some pretty good hills dow that way there all natural not man made like up hear. The only problem is you have got to watch out for the snakes.
