Nice avatar but don't halford sell carrera? my Diamond back was a halford special. not all halford's bike's are rubbish. it's the BSO's (bike shaped objects) they sell which are sooo bad. friend has a brand new bike form there one of their 'trax' range and it has no brakes what so ever. it nearly killed him when he rode mine and face planted the floor infront of three lovely ladies(funny mind you) ps you need green foot placer thingies...they're the future

aye, but if everyone started on the best bike possible it would take the fun out of upgrading :) i started on a basic giant but havin a basic lapierre for xmas and even though they are both basic in they're own league, the lapierre is still an improvement!
