Decent Centre

Review:
It's a great trail for a ride, takes about an hour maybe slightly more. There is a lot of climbing and nothing majorly exciting but still a fun ride. This is my go to centre if I want a fairly local ride. It's got nothing on the likes of Llandegla.

Ok but the monkey down the valley is better

Review:
I have been to Cannock chase many times, follow the dog is a good trail with a few obstacles etc. its good for a beginner rider but if you have even a hint of experience go across the valley to the monkey its a lot better. The monkey always seems to have less people on it to. there are a few faster sections with rocks etc and very narrow twisty sections and an average hill climb that isn't really worth busting your lungs for. overall an ok trail for beginners but more experienced riders will be wanting more.

was a real pleasure to ride

Review:
at 40 miles away FTD and MT are my local trails. love them both, chase trails have done a superb job.

unfortunately the forestry commission are working hard to destroy the trails. I love this place but the trails are nowhere near as good as they were a year ago in 2012. You will find a lot of timber felling and thinning going on with diversions around some fo the best bits.

very sad
