A brilliant place! Ive only just started with the whole Downhill biking thing and this place is perfect for me! All sorts of trails to suit my (hopefully) improving skill base!
Here is a video of the verderers trail. We went down a few times, so a mix and match of good bits!

Plenty to do
Review:
The tracks around the cycle centre are all excellent, and relatively easy to find, but if you want to explore the wider Forest area you really need to hook up with someone who has local knowledge. There are plenty of solid DH trails, eg around Parkend and Ellwood, but they've hard to find if you don't know where you're going.

Great exercise and fun
Review:
The begening starts with some uphill which is gradual and with some breaks where it is flat with a few curves. Towards the end and the middle the trail gets flatter and more exiting. After a while it becomes all downhill with alot of curves and jumps. You wind through very quick and securely without falling off the well built trail. The red section is awsome with some jumps and loads of bends downhill all the way. alot of speed can be lost going over some rocks and uneven surfaces but you just have to get the right parts.
