Foxhead Swinley Female Enduro rescheduled date announced

The organisers behind the Swinley Female Enduro team have announced the re-scheduled date for their 2018 women’s only enduro at Swinley Forest.

The race will take place on the 8th and 9th September 2018 at Swinley Forest. The event was due to take place last weekend but the bad weather forced the organisers to cancel at the last minute.

Swinley Forest is sanctioned a Special Protection Area (SPA) mainly due to the Ground Nesting Birds - and these beautiful birds nest from March - September timeframe in the forest - as such that is why events are not sanctioned during these periods so the event has been pushed back to September. The new date will allow the organisers us to add some further fun to the weekend, further details to be launch 1st week of April - for the riders of Female Swinduro - please pencil in the date!

To make this an extra special event, as part of the event entry fee riders will get:

The swinduro women event has a course designed that will allow first timers to the pinners to come, ride and enjoy the day out. The course will be challenging for all levels of skill and experience. If you are looking for an event to try riding with others, to kickstart the year ahead all mixed in with a laid back vibe – then join us at the swinduro women enduro, hang out with friends, make new ones and enjoy the atmosphere!

During the event we will also be hosting the inaugural “Mini Shredders” Championships - this is a 5km, 3 stages only enduro style event for riders up to the age of 12 – we want to see as many shredders as possible on the day! The Mini Shredders Champs will take place close to base camp, and allow for spectators to watch the event at close quarters.
