Cafeside MTB Bike Park secures 10-year lease!
A huge milestone for Cafeside MTB! The long-awaited bike park has officially secured its site with a lease of at least 10 years, bringing the project one step closer to welcoming riders later this year.

Some final legal steps need to be undertaken by the solicitors, so we will be getting our “start” date for the lease in the next week or two. This then secures the Cafeside site for building and riding for at least the next 10 years. Woohoo!
While we wait for the official start date, we’ll be getting the insurance in place, making plans about what we need to do on site and in what order. We’ll be posting here soon about dig days, and all being well we’ll be open for riding later this year!
In the meantime it’s business as usual - we celebrated signing the lease in style by bashing the brambles on 50/50 some more, boy there are some trees down in there. And as before, the site remains closed for riding at this time.
