Sam Pilgrim wins adidas Slopestyle 2008

In the finals, the Hot Seat changed frequently in the first run but in the second run Sam Pilgrim had a comfortable evening with the Hot Babes watching the runners-up trying to best Sam's score but falling short. This continued till Pierre Edouard Ferry snatched it from him with just one more rider to go. But Martin Söderström was there when he had to be and hit the final dirt jump with a 360 tailwhip stealing the Hot Seat while Sam Pilgrim had to psyche himself up for another run. And Sam came here for business, setting off with a flipped 1-foot X-up and continuing with tricks on almost every obstacle. He showed the double-tailwhip again on the final jump convincing the judges that he was the man of the day. Sam was using his signature Purple colourway Halo SAS wheels which will be available at the end of September. Sam is also sponsored by ODI grips (Ruffian BMX Lock-Ons) , Schwalbe tyres (Tabletop Folding 26") , KHE (Dandy Saddle), TSG (Sam Pilgrim signature Evolution helmet, Vegas elbow pads, TP Soft kneepads, Diablo knee/shin pads, Corby Gloves) & Gusset (Open Prison bars, Slim Jim Pedals) through Ison Distribution Ltd.
