Work starts soon on a new progressive MTB trail at Rother Valley Country Park
After a long long process of securing funding and tender processes, Rother Valley Riders MTB Club are excited that Bike Track has been awarded the contract to further enhance the MTB trails in Rother Valley Country Park.
Quote from Rother Valley Riders MTB Club:
"The focus for these trails will be on Jump Track / Drift Woods area of the park, and will be a progressive blue graded trail with some nice features. To make it exciting if ridden at speed, but suitable for beginners to build their skills and confidence."
No official data yet as to when work will start, but the trail should be in before the end of the year.
Rother Valley mountain bike trails are situated in Rother Valley Country Park in Sheffield which includes red, blue and green waymarked graded trails. There is also a black downhill run for the more experienced riders. Find out more here.
