Revolution Bike Park to host 2019 National Downhill Championships
British Cycling have today confirmed that the 2019 HSBC UK National Downhill Championships will take place at Revolution Bike Park in North Wales over the weekend of July 20 and 21.
Mike Marsden, of event organiser Borderline Events, said: “Borderline Events are proud to have been awarded the HSBC UK | National Downhill Championships for the seventh year. I'm really proud of the team behind the event, whose drive and passion for the sport will help us deliver a world class event alongside British Cycling and Revolution Bike Park.
“We are working closely with the team at Revolution to make sure that we offer riders a challenging and fun course truly befitting of the national championships, as well as providing a weekend of entertainment and fun for riders and non-riders alike.”
British Cycling has also confirmed details of the HSBC UK | National Downhill Series, which are as follows:
- Round 1: Rheola - April 13-14
- Round 2: Fort William - May 11-12
- Round 3: Rhyd-y-Felin - June 22-23
- Round 4: Hopton - August 17-18
- Round 5: Ae Forest - September 21-22
