16 Year Old South Wales Ripper Rhys Barter heads to his favorite and local track Y Mynydd Cwmcarn onbopard his Nukeproof Pulse to grab some uplifts and slay the Black DH at Cwmdown MTB Uplifts. Training hard and Preparing fresh trails to practice and perfect his craft, Rhys is looking to make some waves in the UK Downhill Scene in 2018
