Wals-Siezenheim, Home to Austria’s largest pump track - Video
Through a combined initiative between the Wals-Siezenheim municipality and the local bike club, the town is now host to Austria’s largest pump track.
The 900m2 asphalt design includes a jump line and 2 mirrored tracks, perfect for the beginner all the way up to the pro looking to battle it out in a head to head race.
The official opening was a huge success with the community proud of their new facility and overwhelmed by the numbers of people using the track from day 1. The mayor of Wals-Siezenheim, Joachim Maislinger, explained how initially they did not know what a pump track was. After seeing one velosolutions video they were convinced that this was an incredible facility for their town, he is now proud that what they saw in this video has come to life for their community.
Wals-Siezenheim is the latest in ever growing list of velosolutions pump tracks around the world, for information visit velosolutions.com
