Downtime: Manon Carpenter
Red Bull check in with Manon to hear about the preparation she's put in for this year's UCI World Cup.
After promising so much as a talented junior, Britain's Manon Carpenter well and truly arrived on the World Cup scene with victories at Pietermaritzburg and Leogang this year.
Manon is reaping the rewards of adjustments to her training plan in the last year which has improved the strength of the Welsh 21-year-old and made sure she's better prepared to challenge the elite women in downhill.
We follow Manon to Cardiff and her hometown of Caerphilly to find out more about the hard work and commitment she's had to put in going into this season.
Watch Manon in action from Mont-Sainte-Anne LIVE on August 2.
