The iXS European DH Cup is a Europe-wide DH series which acts not only as a feeder championship but also a regular haunt for both the UCI World Cup stars of the future and the present.

Crankworx Les 2 Alpes, already reeling from an incredible slopestyle comp that saw Anthony Messere take the win, was ready so some of the world's best to do battle on Sunday.

But who would take the victory? Could one of the plucky locals or French stars stop Gee Atherton taking his third win in three attempts?!
