Beyond the Bike is a series that looks further than results and video sections. We take a look into the lives of the riders and the mentality and drive they have to race and compete.

Part two in our Beyond the Bike series takes a look into the world of Darren Berrecloth. He's been on the MTB scene for longer than you probably know. Bearclaw has been at every Crankworx slopestyle event and being the oldest competitor in 2013 he still landed 12th place. Lacy Kemp and Jasper Wesselman spent a few days with Darren in his home town to get behind his eyes and find out what has driven him through his career to become one of the most prolific names in freeride.
