Our popular LOCALS feature is back, this week we catch up with 4X Racer, Jack Hudson from Chicksands, with his 44Racing edition Diamondback Dreamliner.

How long have you been riding?
I have been riding and racing mountain bikes for five years but grew up riding moto trials.
How often do you ride?
I try and get out for a ride as much as possible which is usually about four times a week. If I cant get out on the bike then I will usually be in the gym or doing some form of training.
What bike are you currently riding and talk us through your set up?
The bike I'm currently riding is the Diamondback Dreamliner, Diamondbacks full suspension fourcross / slopestyle bike. Im running Fox 831 forks alongside an RP23 shock. Its built up with a full Kore USA groupset; Kore XCD Bars, Kore Repute Stem, Kore Durox Seat & Seatpost, Kore Riviera Grips and the Kore Mega wheelset. Its also running Schwalbe Gate Star tyres and has a custom GB graphics kit from Spiral GFX.
What's your favourite part on your bike?
My favourite part on the bike is the Fox 831 forks. They look and feel awesome and are super easy to set up the way I like them.
What other bikes do you own?
Ive got the Diamondback Assault as a hardtail 4x bike and a Kuwahara Laserlite race BMX.
What types of riding do you normally do?
I ride quite a lot at Chicksands Bike Park so get to ride their 4x track quite a bit. They have a good variety of trails there so its quite easy to mix up what I ride. Ive started racing a little bit of BMX so try to get up to Perry Park or Royston tracks when possible.
What was the last new bit of gear on your bike?
The newest part on my bike is graphics kit from Spiral-GFX. It looks super sick, incorporating in the Union flag alongside Kore USA and Rockstar Energy drink logos.
