Morewood and partners are pleased to launch their new downhill race team for the 2014 season. The team will be using the highest quality competition equipment and the focus of the team is to provide the best racing support package. The team aims to offer the riders a set up as good as any pro in the pits allowing the selected riders to focus on achieving their best personal results.

The team will be ideal for those riders who really want to take their performance to the next level as well as those riders looking to try out the UK competition.

The team shall provide riders with great bikes and kit, pre-season set-up and coaching advice together within pre-race and race day guidance, support and advice. This allows the rider to concentrate and put all his (or her) energy into racing and not worry about the ‘’stuff’’ (what’s the track like, what tyres are needed, how to set up the bike etc.) and anything else that can distract from your weekend of riding. Just like the pros!

Team Partners include; Burgtec, Csixx, O’Neal, J-Tech, Fenwicks and Continental

Using the purchasing power and sponsor discounts mean that the team is able to offer highly competitive team packages which can save riders well over £1,000. There are two options to choose from; the Makulu package at £4,549 and the Izimu package at £2,349.

Depending on which package a rider selects packages include the following benefits: Race tuned bike; race kit; race entries; pre-season set up; pre-race advice and race day support with pit access. And also a 30% discount throughout the season on spares and tyres.
