MudTrek join forces with Bionicon to open Trail Test Centre.
Multi-award winning mountain bike holiday providers MudTrek are teaming up with Bionicon bikes to offer the ultimate backcountry trail experience. MudTrek owners Jay and Nikki Mulvey have built an impressive reputation based on the combination of outstanding trail riding, cosy accommodation and tasty food. Their “ski chalet experience for bikers” has been a runaway success.
One element has been missing until now – riders wanting to tackle the challenging Welsh trails who didn’t have suitable off-road hardware were stuck. A perfect opportunity for Bionicon to help out!
MudTrek are now the first UK based Bionicon test centre with a fleet of Alva 160 all-mountain machines in all frame sizes.
Jay Mulvey, director at MudTrek:
“After months of searching for the perfect machine to tackle the incredible local “off piste” terrain Bionicon came up trumps. Not only is the equipment impressive, we also found Bionicon’s service second to none and matched our own very high standards. We are delighted to be able to offer these high spec mountain bikes for our guests to ride – it’s like having 2 bikes in 1. Our Bionicon fleet now completes the all-inclusive package MudTrek is well known for.”
Roger Seal, director at Bionicon UK:
“Jay and Nikki have really tapped into a nerve here at MudTrek. The riding is fantastic – you really get the feeling you’ve been on an adventure in the wilds. Back at the ranch, in your own exclusive accommodation, Jay & Nikki make you feel at home and serve up mountains of great food. What’s not to like?”
