This years National XC/4X Championships are set to be much more than a bike race, with launch of the Belmont Estate Mountain Bike Festival from the 25th to 27th August 2007. Bank Holiday August 2007 sees the launch of the Belmont Estate Mountain Bike Festival which will showcase the talents of internationally-renowned professionals and provide riders of all abilities with the opportunity to ride a new world-class course at the Belmont Estate just south of Bristol. With access to over 130 acres of superb private, broad-leaf woodland and 5 miles of trails for exhilarating riding, Belmont Estate can offer excitement and challenges to riders of all levels and abilities. Race with the pros in a range of categories from Fun to Elite on a brand new world class cross country mountain bike course, endorsed by Oli Beckingsale. Race on our world class 4-Cross course created by Phil Saxena. Belmont Estate Mountain Bike Festival offers you a weekend of hot mountain bike action with a unique family festival atmosphere. Big screens, live bands, parties, family attractions and rides, climbing wall, children's play zone and more.
