Cycle Show Highlights - Randoms

Our look at all the fresh shiny new kit and hidden gems from the Cycle Show in Birmingham concludes with some of the best randoms we saw at the show last week!

One of the Rose Bikes 2013 range was running the absolutely monstrous Sram XX1 drivetrain with that huge 11 speed cassette...

...with matching crank set complete with the single 32 tooth front ring on those stylish looking carbon cranks.

Salsa had one of their fat bikes on show the Beargrease. They certainly look like a lot of fun!

Continental had 3 tyres developed in association with the Athertons and team MTBCut on show. Just how sticky the "Black Chilli" compound made by Continental blows us away every time!

We spotted this cool bike hangar made from soft rubber so as not to scratch your paintwork on your wheels. The tyre pad underneath is a welcome addition to keep your mucky tyre prints on the wall!

Pinarello the much famed road bike manufacture has entered the world of mountain biking with this offering the Dogma XC. It took us a good while to work out what those seat stays were doing. Interesting styling to say the least...

Diamondback had a new prototype downhill bike on show the DH8 and quite the looker it was too!

We loved the curves on the "seat tube" and the integrated little mud fender on the back wheel you can just about make out in the picture. Available as a frame only for £2650
