Northern Irish mountain biker Glyn O'Brien has opened a mountain bike coaching and guiding business called First Tracks, designed by riders for people who want to ride. They accommodate for beginners wanting to have fun, right through to the advanced rider who wants to learn new skills and tackle the toughest terrain on offer. First Tracks is based in Newry, Co Down, close to the Mourne mountains. There are a number of locations throughout Ireland to choose from.
