Nino Schurter and Maja Wloszczowska take the first XC World Cup in Pietermaritzburg

Nino Schurter and Maja Wloszczowska have won the first Cross Country World Cup in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. The track looked challenging with some technical rock sections and lots of flowing singletrack. Burry Stander was racing on home soil and just missed out on the win, none the less the South African crowd cheered him on to second.
