VIDEO: Combat Ready: Episode 2 - Bernard Kerr

If you think DH World Cup riders have an exciting, glamorous life, then perhaps you should think again. Being a professional MTB rider is a rigorous and dangerous job that can keep a young lad on a shoestring budget very busy. No massage therapists, no personal assistant, not even a mechanic. There are considerably less staff around Bernard Kerr’s caravan than you can spot at some of the big team trucks in the World Cup pit area but there is a definite sense of determination in the air and a feeling that he has, not only the talent, but the will, to go all the way. And Bluegrass is proud to support him. In this episode of the Bluegrass Combat Ready Series, Bernard talks about his racing, his caravan and heads out to the World Cup rounds at Fort William and Leogang. Check it out!
