e.13 sweeps final world cup round

e.thirteen components’s sponsored riders dominated by winning all 4 gravity events at the last World Cup event, held in Schladming, Austria. Reigning World Champion, Sam Hill, continued his winning ways by taking the downhill title in Austria. The Monster/Iron Horse/Mad Catz rider obliterated the field with a 5.51 time gap in front of 2nd place. Sabrina Jonnier, Monster/Iron Horse/Mad Catz teammate of Sam Hill, also continued her winning streak. Fresh off her World Championship victory, Sabrina earned herself the Gold by less than a half of a second. Qbikes rider, Emmeline Ragot finished with the Silver, right behind Sabrina. These two women held a huge time margin, over 5 seconds, over the rest of the field, Tracy Moseley of the powerful Kona/Les Gets squad, finished third. Tracy’s Bronze finish result secured her World Cup point series jersey. To 4x action, Fionn Griffiths of the NORCO Factory program earned her first 4x victory of the year. Tara Llanes, Team Giant rider and the US National DH champion, secured a Silver medal in Austria. On the men’s side of 4x, Kamil Tatarkovic also won his first 4x event of the year. This victory was needed for this Kona/Les Gets rider to earn a top 3 in the Men’s overall standings. Right behind Kamil was Dutchman Joost Wichman, riding for Cannondale with a second place finish. e.thirteen components is a small, rider-owned and operated company that strongly supports dozens of grassroots races, series, contests and other riding events all over the world every year.
