Chain reaction cycles top which? poll
Belfast based e-tailer romps home to top the polls in Sports and Leisure and overall category. The family owned mail-order cycling business has been rated at 93% in a Which? Customer satisfaction survey, well ahead of established national retailers such as Amazon, John Lewis and Marks & Spencer. ChainReactionCycles.com only got its first website just over 10 years ago. Chain Reaction Cycles started 25 years ago, with just £1500,and the company has grown from a small shop in Ballynure, County Antrim, to be a giant of internet mail-order, employing 450 people and shipping over 5000 parcels a day from its 100,000sqft purpose built facility still located in Northern Ireland. The Which? Survey rated companies for Price, Product, and Delivery to give an overall satisfaction score. ChainReactionCycles.com was praised for "its honesty about availability and quick delivery" as well as "specialist gear sourced by helpful staff".
