Rachel Atherton & Greg Minnaar win the opening round of the Maribor World Cup in Slovenia. Rachel Atherton with a broken finger beat Sabrina Jonnier by nearly ten seconds in her first world cup race back after her injury last year. Greg Minnaar riding the much talked about carbon Santa Cruz V10 took the win from Gee Atherton by 0.25 seconds. Sam Hill still made the podium after a crash in the top half of the track. Elite Men 1.
